Hi, I installed the template and I get this message: Access denied for user "@'localhost' (using password: YES)
This occurs if either logged in or out. Is this a database setting or am i missing something. Thanks for the awesome template and help. Keenan

This is probably due to the settings in the template include file. You need to update those so that it contains your login info. The access denied error is php telling you that it can't connect to the db properly.

I know this is a very old thread, but I had this problem too when I first installed the mod earlier today... then solved it.
Also saw this problem mentioned in the phpmotion forum; so I think it's worth appending my experience here.
It wasn't initially clear to me that I needed to install only "THE CONTENTS" of /ip_phpmotion/ from the zip file into /ip/ on my server. So I had a path /ip/ip_phpmotion/ iuntil I moved all the files up a level and out of /ip_phmotion/ directly into /ip/
Until I did that I was getting the same access error message.
---
A second thing I ran into during my installation was that the cron job path in the instructions seems to have omitted (I think?) one level between /your/path/to/public_html/uploads/ and ... /converter
... That's: /vid_script/
Am I mistaken?
